Mark Cohen

Mark Cohen has extensive experience as a human resource professional and management consultant. Mark has served as Director of Human Resources at Philips Healthcare, in addition to working with Quantum Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, Polaroid, Fidelity Investments, General Mills, The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and several smaller companies.

He has overseen the effective delivery of all human resources management, including compensation, staffing and recruitment, HR information systems, and university relations to improve organizational performance. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, employee relations, organizational development, and executive coaching. He is a certified mediator with extensive experience in conflict resolution.

Mark received his MBA from Suffolk University. He is a co-author of the college text, Communicating in Business Today.
