Argo PolyA Signal View

The PolyA Signal View shows a compact representation of the polyA signals contained within a selected feature. It is accessible from the Analyze Menu, the Feature Map right click menu, and the mRNA Sequence Panel right click menu.

Here is a brief description of each column:

  1. Hexamer Nucleotides
  2. Hexamer Frequency
  3. Location in feature coordinates
  4. Location in feature map sequence coordinates

Hexamers that appear after the stop codon are drawn in red.
