The annotations for L. monocytogenes strains 10403S and J0161 were generated through our automated pipeline. They contain 2852 and 2988 ORFs respectively.
11/28/2006 Correction of FSL J2-071 and FSL N1-017 labels
The names for Listeria monocytogenes genomes for strains FSL J2-071 and FSL N1-017 were incorrect in the first release. They have been re-released with correct labels.
11/3/06 Aureli 1997 Strain designation changed to HPB2262
The strain formerly referred to as Aureli 1997 is now designated as HPB2262.
