This assembly has been deposited at Genbank under the project accession AAWC00000000. The total length of this assembly is 79,448 bases in 6 contigs combined into one supercontig.

 

1/12/2007    The initial release of our 7.88X sequence assembly of P. graminis

This Whole Genome Shotgun project has been deposited at DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank under the project accession AAWC00000000. The version described in this paper is the first version, AAWC01000000. The sequence traces from the Broad Institute sequencing can be downloaded from the NCBI trace repository.
