From Logan Airport
Take Sumner Tunnel to 93 North.
Exit right off 93 at the Cambridge/Storrow Drive exit.
When the ramp splits, bear right following signs to Storrow Drive.
Exit left at the Kendall Square exit.
At traffic light take a right onto the Longfellow Bridge.
Follow Main Street. Stay Right as Main flows into Broadway.
Follow Broadway to the lights at the corner of Broadway and Galileo Galilei Way. Go straight through this intersection.
Bear right onto Hampshire.
At the light, turn right onto Cardinal Medeiros Avenue.
Take your first right onto Binney St. (no street sign).
The Kendall Square Parking Garage will be on the left.
From the South
Exit right off 93 at the Cambridge/Storrow Drive exit.
When the ramp splits, bear right following signs to Storrow Drive.
Exit left at the Kendall Square exit.
At traffic light take a right onto the Longfellow Bridge.
Follow Main Street. Stay right as Main flows into Broadway.
Follow Broadway to the lights at the corner of Broadway and Galileo Galilei Way. Go straight through this intersection.

At the light, turn right onto Cardinal Medeiros Avenue.
Take your first right onto Binney St. (no street sign).
The Kendall Square Parking Garage will be on the left.
From the Massachusetts Turnpike
Exit left at exit 18, Cambridge/Allston.
Bear right off exit towards Cambridge.
Go over bridge and take a right onto Memorial Drive.
Take a left at the next light (small street by the Hyatt).
At the end of the street, take a right onto Vassar Street.
Continue straight down Vassar, through intersection of Massachusetts Avenue, about one mile total.
Vassar intersects Main Street.
Whitehead's 9 Cambridge Center is ahead diagonally on your right, at the corner of Main and Vassar Streets.
To reach the Kendall Square Theater parking garage, continue straight through
intersection of Main and Vassar Streets onto Galileo Galilei Way.
Pass Whitehead Institute's 9 Cambridge Center on your right.
At traffic light, make a left onto Broadway.
Bear right onto Hampshire.
At the light, turn right onto Cardinal Medeiros Avenue.
Take your first right onto Binney St. (no street sign).
The Kendall Square Parking Garage will be on the left.
There are two public parking facilities located close to the Broad Institute.
One is adjacent to the Kendall Square movie theater on the extension of Binney Street.
The second is on Ames St. between Broadway and Main St. Both are indicated on the map by a blue "P."
To 320 Charles Street from Kendall Square Parking Garage
As you exit the main doors of the parking facility, turn Left.
Walk to the corner of Binney and Fulkerson.
Turn left at the Metropolitan Pipe & Supply Co.
Walk two blocks to the stop sign on the corner of Charles Street.
Turn right onto Charles; the Broad Institute is the first building on the right.
Additionally there is a second entrance to the building on the corner of Charles Street and Sixth Street, on the Sixth Street end of the building.
The Broad Institute is located on the Red Line subway system at the Kendall Square/MIT stop.
Exit the T station and walk away from Boston (away from the river) on Main Street.
Walk 2 blocks to the corner of Main and Galileo Galilei Way.
To 320 Charles Street
Turn right onto Galileo Galilei Way toward Broadway (away from the MIT campus); after you cross Broadway,
the road will bend.
When you see a building called Metropolitan Pipe and Supply Co. on the opposite side of the road,
cross the street. Note that there is no crosswalk and cars tend to go fast.
Continue walking straight. (The street that runs next to Metropolitan Pipe and Supply Co. is Fulkerson Street.)
Go two blocks to Charles Street; there will be a muffler shop and a cab dispatch on your left.
Turn right onto Charles; the Broad Institute is the first building on the right.
Additionally there is a second entrance to the building on the corner of Charles Street and Sixth Street, on the Sixth Street end of the building.
