Cite GenePattern Modules

To cite a GenePattern analysis or visualization module in your publication, reference the original paper or other source for the module as specified in the module documentation. Documentation for each module is available at Resources>Module Repositories and in the GenePattern Java and Web clients (click Help when prompted to enter the module's parameters).

When citing an analysis or visualization module, please also cite the GenePattern software:
