Registration Information

Registered attendees will have full access to all talks over the two days.  However, seating in the auditorium is limited and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. Overflow rooms have been secured at the Conference Center for remote audio and video broadcasting to accommodate as many people as possible.

Once you enter your information, you may still access the registration page to change or add to your details.


Poster Sessions

All those who are presenting posters should plan on mounting their posters on the respective day of their presentation. The posters need to be removed by the end of the day they are presented. Boards are push-pin or thumbtack only - NO adhesives are permitted. Size restrictions: posters cannot be any larger than 4ft. by 4ft. You will be given directions to your poster board at the meeting.

Laptops

Wireless connectivity is available at the Conference Center. Passwords to get on the system will be given out at the registration table. Please resist the urge to use wireless during the plenary sessions.

November 13 Cocktail Reception

There will be an on-site cocktail reception for all retreat attendees on the evening of November 13. No RSVP Required.



Transportation

Public transportation is the best way to get to the NRB/Longwood.

A shuttle bus will run continuously from The Conference Center to Kendall Square from 10:30am to 6:30pm on both days of the Retreat.
