Plate cost: $961 for up to ~7 SNPs on 376 samples
iPLEX and iPLEX Gold format:
Plate cost: $1,305 for up to ~24 SNPs (iPLEX) or ~36 SNPs (iPLEX Gold) on 376 samples
The Sequenom platform process also has oligonucleotide synthesis and assay set up fees, which optionally includes pool characterization on HapMap CEU plate. These additional costs depend on the project scale, but can be roughly estimated at $25 / SNP.

Pricing for Illumina fixed-content arrays is sample based and varies depending on the panel to be genotyped. The minimum number of samples accepted per project is 48. Since panel formats and content are pre-developed, there are no additional oligo costs. At present the per-sample cost is independent of sample number in the project.

Pricing for Affymetrix arrays is sample based and varies depending on array to be genotyped. Below is the total cost per sample, and assumes that a plate contains up to 95 samples. Since array format is pre-developed, there are no additional oligo costs.
