Search for shRNA Clones with a Refseq ID or NCBI GeneId
Please be aware that we make almost exclusive use of human and mouse transcripts from the NCBI Refseq database (NM_ and XM_ only) as the source of primary DNA sequence and intron-exon structure for our shRNA design algorithm. If you have a gene name or symbol, or DNA or protein sequence, but do not have either an NM_ or XM_ identifier, you are encouraged to find the appropriate NM or XM Refseq using the extensive keyword-, and sequence-based search tools at the NCBI.
